Jul 26, 2018 · Burnaby is pretty quiet as far as greater Vancouver area goes, and if you live close to transit, pretty convenient. If you're near a train, it's about 20 mins to get to downtown, coquitlam or surrey. It's a good middle class place to live.

It's central, with bridges direct to Richmond, etc., easy to get on the highway and go north to Squamish or east to Chilliwack. It's got the Trans Canada Trail and a growing bike network and if you live near the SkyTrain it makes everything easier.
