It is still good for me and I Recommend Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z Kai. However, don't bother with Dragon Ball GT because that is noncanon. Dragon Ball Super is bad overall as a show.
Dragon Ball is a classic. If you like the genre of if you like to watch animes for their importance in the history of manga/anime, you should watch it. But look up for a list of filler episodes, they don't add anything and some are terrible.
