Overall 7/10 - Could have a better transit system, and better use of city land for development, it has a rather large homelessness population but they do put resources towards it.

  7. For the record, the north side has nice places and is very quiet (especially Marysville), but the traffic across the bridges is horrible. Another note. If you are a hockey player, make sure you live in city limits to get a huge discount on sports leagues. Check with the department of recreation for details.
