  1. We live in Georgetown and I can honestly say that I think it’s one of the best places to live in the GTA. We’re in the newer south end, it’s literally 7 mins of country roads to the 401. The community is extremely tight-knit, everyone knows each other and looks out for each other.

  2. Georgetown is extremely safe. Demographics are mostly families and older people. Not super diverse but that is changing. A great place to live for people with kids. Cute Downtown area with a farmers market on Saturdays in the summer. Everything you need is here. Might be considered boring for single people.
