  4. I would say 70s to 80s are the best parts (90s starts to get a little boring). Lots of great restaurants here. And walking in Central Park is amazing, and on top of that there is riverside park as well. I think trying to live in the village would just be incredibly hard because of how insanely expensive everything is.
