- Albus Dumbledore. Not only is Dumbledore the headmaster of Hogwarts with an immense and impressive pedigree, but he was both Prefect and Head Boy during his years at the school of witchcraft and wizardry.
- Percy Weasley. Aside from Bill Weasley, his brother Percy is the only other member of the Weasley family to become a Head Boy. Some fans wonder if Ginny Weasley may have become a Prefect or Head Girl at one point, but it is never mentioned in the series.
- Lily Evans. It's somewhat ironic, and maybe a little sad, that both of Harry's parents were Prefects and Head Boy/Head Girl. Lily became Head Girl in her seventh year at Hogwarts.
Here's the most sensical system IMHO: Two prefects (one boy, one girl) per House, per year are chosen from the 5th, 6th and 7th years. One Head Boy and Head Girl are chosen from the combination of the four 7th-year Prefects of that gender (one from each House) and any serving Quidditch Captains.
I doubt Snape would like female Harry but he might not hate female Harry as much as he hated male Harry. The relationships female Harry would be in would be different, unless JKR made female Harry a lesbian which does not seem hugely likely.
