   Love this restaurant - not fancy at all from the outside (Spiller Road location), but the inside is clean, staff are pleasant, efficient and the food is really, really good. Portion sizes are generous and veg is crisp, plentiful and fresh.

   Dec 13, 2017 · An excellent place for seafood. We ordered spicy crab with lotus roots (you pick the seafood item an the sides you want it cooked with - there are roughly 15 options). I also picked the tilapia with chillies.

   • Szechuan food is famous for being flavourful and spicy. My order of Szechuan chicken was so bland I had to add hot sauce. My whole order had no flavour. Won't order again. My wife and I have been visiting Kam Ham for several years now.We were there last night again and as always enjoyed the food and the friendly service.

   Did Kam Hans Avenida change ownership or hire a new chef?

   • Kam Hans Avenida must have changed ownership or hired a new chef because the food has gone way downhill. We ordered takeout and the food was absolutely tasteless, the ginger beef was soggy and all the other dishes were not great. This used to be our go to Chinese restaurant but not any more. As my husband said “it was a total waste of money “.

   Is Chop Suey a good restaurant?

   • Wine list is poor and they are out of most wine. Chop suey is just shredded cabbage with no bean sprouts, dishes are mostly green peppers and onions. Chicken is just poor.
