Kotsovolos in Greece is notorious for his bad customer service and expensive products. The main reason that people buy from there is because it offers payment with a loan and (for some) because it offers the EU guarantee of 2 years. Probably the employees post these reviews to get some bonus?

Nov 4, 2023 · Public Power Corporation reached an agreement with British group Currys for the purchase of electrical and electronic goods chain Kotsovolos for 200 million euros. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, subject to approval by Currys shareholders and Greek competition authorities.
