Cons. - Salary and benefits could be better - Sometimes work (scoping, clear boundaries etc.) can feel chaotic due to the nature of the company, but those things are usually quickly addressed. On the other hand that chaos provides the opportunity to bring your own expertise and ideas. Show more.

Payworks is a great company overall, the things they do for their employees is definitely above and beyond other companies. The salary is good better than many places, the benefits and perks as well. The job is sometimes stressful, overwhelming and face paced. If you have a good team and their supportive, it goes a long way.

Pros. Great environment and culture. Good team mates and work/life balance. I thoroughly enjoyed my years at payworks. Cons. Pay could be more competitive. Winnipeg is becoming a decent sized tech hub and an awesome company like payworks would be a better contender with more competitive salary/benefits.
