The Phoenix Pet is obtained as a rare drop from killing any mob. The EPIC pet has a 1 in 6,000,000 (0.000017%) drop chance and the LEGENDARY pet has a 1 in 30,000,000 (0.000003%) drop chance.
Kat can upgrade all rarities of this pet. 1. For each level the pet has, there is a 0.3%discount. 2. The time listed is in real life days, notin-game time.
The LEGENDARY version of this pet is generally not worth it, except for Pet Score, as the additional perks it gives are also provided by a Booster Cookie (or a Piggy Bank and Magical Mushroom Soup).

Oct 7, 2023 · Phoenix is overall outclassed. However, if you pet swap properly you could get a second life. Ferret. Gaining exp orbs isn't that useful, but it is the only pet that does this, so it technically is the best pet for getting exp orbs.
Hell no, you essentially pay >35m extra for slower leveling, qol perks that can be easily achieved without phoenix (flying on your island with soups/no coins lost with a piggy bank) and 1 pet score (and you can get to max mf bonus without it cheaper), so the only advantage is the flex.
