   Gameplaywise Risen 1 is the best. It has a great combat system - which some people don't get because they can't click everything dead at their first encounter. Instead if you haven't skilled your character and are low level most of the monsters will just rip you apart and then it's game over.

   Is Risen a good book?

   • Risen received mostly positive reviews back in 2010 and had a decent following. The story sees a nameless protagonist who has washed ashore on the island of Faranga after his vessel is decimated by a sea Titan. This inhabited island is believed to have the secret to defeating the Titans, and the Inquisitors have taken over most of its settlements.
