Anyone can be a DPS with enough broken artifacts and powerful weapons. But that does not mean they are great at it. Sara is probably just going to be a Burst Support character that can buff themselves.
Eula and Raiden are both burst dps units. The difference between them is that Eula's damage is located at the end of her burst while Raiden's is at the front. Superconduct is buffing Eula's damage and Sara will both Raiden's damage.
