Superman and Batman both typically beleive in rehabilitation of their villains, so I‘d say they are on evenly moral highgrounds. In injustice specifically, Supes is a bit too tyrannical for the moral highground I‘d say, he is doing what he thinks is right but lacks all control, and spuratically kills his friends for really petty arguments.
