While we’re impressed with Virgin Plus’ 5G service and customer service, we think Koodo edges them out overall.

I've had Virgin Internet and TV for about two months now. I have their cheapest package and the speeds are just fine, though I live alone and don't have multiple devices streaming at the same time. The TV service is a great price compared to what I was paying with Rogers.
I am currently on 100mbs Virgin internet and was told by a Bell rep that Bell's 100mpbs internet is better/faster because it is on fibre. Is there any truth to this? From my knowledge, Virgin is owned by Bell and the internet speed I'm looking at is the same.
