- It’s a gorgeous city. There is no denying that Wellington is absolutely beautiful. Now, by that I don’t mean the city’s architecture is beautiful.
- The city is walkable. Wellington is small and compact. Only just over 200,000 people call Wellington city home. It’s a compact city that is super easy to get around by foot.
- Surrounding nature. As I’ve stated before, Wellington is located on a beautiful bay surrounded by mountains on all sides. Nature and outdoor recreational opportunities are everywhere around Wellington.
- Relaxed work environment. When I say Wellington’s work culture is relaxed, I mean it is relaxed. Most people work 40 hours a week and not a minute more.
