  2. I'm pretty late to this thread, but quite a bit has changed in the past decade. I'm 25 (so, not a "kid" anymore), so I'm not sure if core genres are still popular among kids. I do know that the scene in general is still very alive, though. Tat being said, it has changed quite a bit from 2010 post-hardcore.
