I’m at Proof in Calgary. Beautiful place! Any recommendations? Ask the bartender? Nice! That's my hood. Proof is the best in town hands down, and honestly maybe the best cocktail bar I've ever been to. I believe they have a new menu broken down by 'theme' (horror, sci fi, etc???) which is super cool. Anything on the menu will be amazing.
