   Jul 22, 2024 · this version has a few less options, but it's modern PC friendly. Old one didn't play nice with x-input controllers as much, i think. I've had MGS1/MGS2 on GOG since they were available. GOG use both OG PC versions. MGS1 MC use PS1 emulation and a bad at that. MGS2 MC is a PC port of the HD remaster.
