   • When you restore via the steam process it basically reinstalls it from the local backups instead of redownloading, its in the top left under Steam > Back up and Restore. You probably removed social club. It gets put on C: drive even if the game is installed on a different drive.

   Dec 20, 2021 · Same problem here: University closed my "supposedly" permanent email account, leaving me unable to reset my password. I was able to log into Social Club with the Xbox account I had linked, and started a 'compromised account' support ticket. First reply was automatic and was asking me to click the confirmation link in the original email.
