With intergroup power, the perceived capacity for influence resides less in the individual and more in the outside agency and its willingness and ability to prevent or stop the wrongdoing.

Results of 20 in-depth interviews reveal that being a whistleblower entails motivation, action, well-being, and the reaction of the organization. Lastly, after understanding the factors that influence the process, the final choice of a whistleblower, i.e., to Whom to report the wrongdoing, can be addressed.
