Residents. The City of Oakbrook Terrace (the “City”) is a home rule unit of local government as defined by the Illinois Constitution and Illinois Statues. It was incorporated in 1958 as the city of Utopia, but its name was subsequently changed to Oakbrook Terrace.
The Finance Coordinator is a vital member of the Finance team and works with the Finance Director to develop, implement, and coordinate fiscal activities for the City of Oakbrook Terrace.
Some of the more noteworthy services managed by the Streets Division are: brush collection, pot-hole filling, snow and ice control services, street cleaning, right of way tree planting, pruning and removal as well as maintenance of city owned parks and walking trails.
