Mar 1, 2024 · Why are turbo tax only giving a 15% discount through scotiabank when the scotiabank site says 20% Agreed will be using a different filing service next year. Currently cannot get the 20% off with Scotiabank even after calling TurboTax's customer service and spending an hour on the phone with them going in circles.
I just completed my taxes and was charged the full amount and not the 20% discount if filed before March 20 2023. Can it please be adjusted prior to charged to my Visa?
I am a Scotiabank customer and used the 20% affiliate link, but when I go to pay, it has the full price, and not 20% off. I paid for the service at full price, and took screenshots of everything - my receipt, the price I paid, as well as the Scotia page indicating 20% off (with the expiration date of April 30th 2024).
The same issue has happened to me as well. Both the Scotiabank link AND Aeroplan link are not working - though I tried using both well before the expiry date. Ended up having to pay full price. This is quite frustrating.

Oct 30, 2019 · If you converted an RRIF back to an RRSP, you should receive a T4RIF slip. You should also receive a corresponding RRSP Contribution Slip that should say "designated transfer" and will need to enter this in the RRSP Profile and specify the transfer.
