If I go to a website and the "turn off your adblock"...or however it is worded, and I believe it should work with any adblocker you use because it says it alters the behind the scenes code wording that makes those things pop up, then I just click on the pinned icon for the extension, and the message goes away, and I'm able to view the site as normal, with my adblocker still working.
