It allows DLNA clients found in numerous devices like smart TV’s, media streaming devices, and mobile apps to stream supported media (music, video, pictures) from the My Cloud device. If you do not want or need to use it you can disable it via the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings.
Dec 4, 2020 · Use the following steps to enable DLNA media service with your My Cloud device. On the Navigation bar, click Apps and in the left panel click Twonky Server . Set the Run app toggle to On if not already enabled. Note: Media Streaming is OFF by default.
