Hi! I was a premed major at Liberty, graduated in 2019, and I am starting med school in the fall. I personally think Liberty equipped me really well for med school. It's certainly fair to say that because Liberty's science program is smaller there are less "advanced" research opportunities, but I still think there are plenty of opportunities there!

LUCOM has its own deans and administrators, puts out its own student handbook, etc.
Jun 7, 2019 · Medical school is way too big of a commitment of time and money for it to not fit you like a glove. I wouldn’t want to go to medical school anywhere else but Liberty, because it has provided me with the friendship, mentorship, and the knowledge that I need in order to be a good physician.
