However, non-Arab Muslims have to learn as much as they need to be able to perform prayer.
You can learn to read and recite the Quran without knowing the Arabic language. Learning Arabic is great for studying Islam and the books of knowledge. However, not knowing Arabic is NOT a sin and doesn’t make you non-Muslim.
