Favourite era would be the TNG-DS9-VOY years. I love TOS and the 3 out of the first 6 movies, but the shows from the 80s to 00s were what I grew up with. Unless I’ve misunderstood the question.

When Trek TOS was on network TV I was a tyke who watched it but had it explained by his older siblings. I followed it more in the 70's in syndication. I would say the Golden Age for Trek was the 80's.
Jan 26, 2022 · The Original Series era spanned 25 years, it's been only half that time since Star Trek '09 and we've had just 4 years of Discovery. There were more than 600 episodes in the Berman era. The Kurtzman era is about to hit 100.
With yesterday's news, it feels like we have reached a tipping point in the "new Trek" era. Thankfully we have more SNW to look forward to, but all of the other shows are either over or ending. Other shows may be in the works, but plans can easily change.
