We had a lovely hour out at Penarth Pier. The pier is smaller than some other famous piers but still manages to house the pier pavilion, the ice cream shop, a cafe and toilets near the pier entrance. There are two sheltered seating areas around halfway along the pier and quite a few other benches dotted along it.
