Jun 7, 2019 · The Harry Potter movies include a variety of flashbacks, so check out this ranked list of which work best and which don't work at all.
- Dumbledore's Death (Half-Blood Prince) What a way to end a film. Of all the moments in Harry Potter, Dumbledore's death in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is, without a doubt, the most shocking.
- Harry in Limbo (Deathly Hallows: Part 2) During the climactic battle sequence in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, Harry is killed when Voldemort hits him with a curse.
- Dobby's Death (Deathly Hallows: Part 1) This isn't the only death scene on this list, but it's definitely the saddest of all the death scenes in Harry Potter.
- Snape's True Intentions Revealed (Deathly Hallows: Part 2) The flashback scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 that reveals Snape's true intentions is my personal favorite moment in the entire Harry Potter series.
Discussion. For me: Philosopher's Stone: Floating over the lake towards Hogwarts. Mirror of Erised. Chamber of Secrets: Detention with Lockhart into the first Basilisk attack. Tom Riddle's diary flashback. Prisoner of Azkaban (too many good ones here): Dementor on the train. Double Trouble / Dumbledore speech. Lupin and Harry on the bridge.
Nov 11, 2024 · Dobby's grave is based in Wales, and fans often leave socks to celebrate his legacy. As such, Dobby experienced his final moment doing what he does best: standing by his best friend. Though Dobby can be quite irritating at times, this scene proves that he's nothing more than a sincere and faithful being.
- Sirius Black's secrets are revealed, The Prisoner of Azkaban. While Chris Columbus deserves credit for helping to launch the young characters on their journey and introduce the world of Hogwarts, it was Alfonso Cuaron and "The Prisoner of Azkaban" that turned the franchise into what it is today.
- Harry vs. Voldemort, The Deathly Hallows: Part 2. This was the battle that we were all waiting to see. Although Harry and Voldemort had briefly dueled at the end of "The Goblet of Fire," it was only a brief skirmish so that Harry could escape.
- Hagrid is welcomed home, The Chamber of Secrets. "The Chamber of Secrets" is a much darker film than "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," and Harry must learn to protect his friends in the wizarding community.
- The flash forward, The Deathly Hallows: Part 2. "The Deathly Hallows: Part 2" is a very emotional film for longtime "Harry Potter" fans. Few franchises have dominated popular culture quite like "Harry Potter."
A few flashbacks that they can show in every season that were not seen in the books by use of Pensieve or other: Book 1: Flashback of Flamel making the Stone and using the Elixer of Life or of Quirrell finding Voldemort on his travels. Or we can show flashbacks of Harry growing up as a small child.
