BSc General Degree Requirements. The BSc General Degree consists of 120. At least 72 must be taken in courses offered by the Faculty of Science. At least 18 must be taken in courses offered by the Faculty of Arts. A maximum of 18 in courses offered by faculties other than Science and Arts can be taken.
A Chemistry major is designed to provide a broad view of the discipline, and allows for customization and flexibility with courses and program direction. This program has two versions: A version accredited by the Canadian Society for Chemistry which is more structured, or a non-accredited version which is more flexible.
