The Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission (天地橋偵察任務, Tenchi-Kyō Teisatsu Ninmu, literally meaning: Heaven and Earth Bridge Reconnaissance Mission), known as the Long-Awaited Reunion (遥かなる再会, Harukanaru Saikai) in the anime, is an arc from Part II of the series.

Sai is an example of how to make a flat character pop. He starts off as the typical stoic, mysterious, troubled past side character; a mere replacement for Sasuke. That said, Sai was fleshed out to make him not just a great support, but a pillar of reason later on.
