If you're an admin of a group, you can pause your group if you need a break from maintaining it. If you want to permanently remove your group from Facebook, you can delete it.
Admins have 30 days to appeal Facebook’s decision to disable a group. If you don’t see the option to appeal, it could be because either another admin of your group has already requested to appeal the decision, or because certain violations of our Community Standards can't be appealed.
