Either is fine, but don't mix the two! Calamity is more fun imo. More bosses, enemies, some cool biomes, and new AI for vanilla bosses in revengence mode give a lot of stuff to do. Overhaul adds a lot of new mechanics and definitely looks super cool but isn't too far off what you would do in a vanilla run.
