We've taken the cog railway up in the past. The views are spectacular. It still holds the record for the windiest place in the Northern and Western hemispheres (but not the whole world, like it used to). On this too-short foliage trip, the weather was clear with deep blue skies, and Mount Washington was very visible and striking.
