As a result of systems maintenance, this service will not be available from midnight on Saturday, February 3, 2024, until 6:00 AM on Monday, February 5, 2024 (Eastern time).
My Payment is a secure electronic Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) service that lets you make payments directly to the CRA using your bank access card (Interac Debit, Visa Debit, or Debit Mastercard).
Effective May 30, 2023, RBC Royal Bank will no longer be offering Interac as a payment option for individuals and businesses. Individuals can use the Visa Debit option with the appropriate card.
The CRA does not charge a fee for using this service.
Ask your bank or credit union about any fees they may charge for making online payments, as well as any transaction limits.
To use My Payment, you need an activated debit card with one or more of the following logos:
•Interac Debit
If your card has only this logo use the Interac option to pay.
Participating Canadian banks and credit unions using the Interac logo
•RBC Royal Bank - service discontinued as of May 30th, 2023, please contact RBC for additional information
•TD Canada Trust - service for businesses only
Payments are usually processed by the CRA within one to three business days. To avoid fees and interest, please make sure you pay on time.
My Payment is available 21 hours a day, seven days a week.
