TTC collects the personal information required for the purposes of validating your PRESTO card, administering the Fair Pass discount, and providing Fair Pass usage reports to the City of Toronto as required for administering and evaluating the Fair Pass Transit Discount Program under the authority of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, sections 395 and 397.
