Small world are for building and easier access to ores (they're more condensed in small worlds). Large worlds are for exploration, more items and more variebility in items.

  8. It always felt like a long term playthrough was balanced around a large world. Medium is for short term runs or challenges, while small is for specific loot like getting stuff from the other evil biome for example. I always do large for my playthroughs tho. Really depends tbh.
