Dec 2, 2023 · Like John Stamos Mullet said, standard joysticks that are 2600 compatible work. I personally tested 3 standard joysticks from Atari Flashback consoles, they all work. I also tested the Hyperkin Trooper and Ranger controllers, they work too.

Dec 2, 2023 · I tried using the Archer joystick on the 2600+ and it kind of works. You can move the character on screen but the 2 fire buttons don't work. I might have to use the Mega 7800 adapter.
