“Fast Company” is, however, the film the gets the most replay. I’m a sucker for simple B-movies and this film fits the bill perfectly. The racing scenes are well staged and exciting, the story has surprising character depth that’s well played by a great cast (more on that later) and the plot is simple but direct and compelling in that is creates clear protagonists and antagonists.

Cronenberg's most conventional movie comes in the form of "Fast Company". A drag racing B drama that, other than its easy-going vibe, nothing stood out much to me. It's not quite high octane but not ineffective either, pretty much in the modest middle, probably the two motivations to watch this is to complete Cronenberg's filmography or be a drag racing enthusiast.
