Everything about the call/text/email is fake. I sign into my Amazon account and find no recent activity unless I actually ordered something (which is rare, so I wouldn't forget if I had). No banking activity relating to Amazon on my credit card, either. The whole purpose of these fake calls is to get your credit card info, of course.
