The massive content update is now rolling out to all players.
•Minecraft 1.20 "Trails & Tales" is the latest major content update releasing for Minecraft on all platforms.
•On May 26, Mojang Studios finally revealed the update's release date of June 7, 2023.
•The update brings new mobs, blocks, mechanics, customization features, crafting recipes, and much more.
•Alongside the update, Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is also officially releasing on Google Chromebooks.
Update, June 7, 2023, at 10:15 a.m. CT — True to its word, Mojang Studios is now in the process of releasing the colossal 1.20 "Trails & Tales" update to Minecraft on every platform and for every player. The update measures around 960MB in size, or just under 1GB. It may take a while for the update to appear for all players. You can also now view the full changelog for the Minecraft Trails & Tales update to see every new feature, change, and improvement, as well as a new launch trailer I've included below.
Alongside the update, Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is also leaving early access on ChromeOS, making it available on more devices and giving it feature parity with all other platforms.

The blog post mentions, “The wait is almost over because the Trails & Tales Update will be coming to a device near you on June 7!”
