5 days ago · Location of Sandgem Town in Sinnoh. Sandgem Town (Japanese: マサゴタウン Masago Town) is a town in the Sinnoh region. The town notably has sandy terrain to the south, the beginnings of Sandgem Beach. The beach, part of Route 219, is in close proximity to the town itself. Professor Rowan 's laboratory is located here.
North Exit: Route 202 South Exit: Route 219 West Exit: Route 201. Sandgem Town is a small town between Routes 201, 202 and 219. This town is the home of Professor Rowan, Dawn and Lucas. It doesn't contain much but, when you have the National Dex, you can return to Dawn/Lucas and battle them once a week, as well as get hints from them .

This Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Walkthrough for Sandgem Town covers the Pokemon, items, and battles you'll encounter in the area. Sandgem Town is a small town in Pokemon BDSP where Professor Rowan's lab is. Route 202 is north of Sandgem Town, Route 201 is to the west, and Route 219, which leads to a water path, is south.
The Professor will introduce himself as Rowan and allow you to keep your Pokemon. He'll give you a Pokedex to keep track of the Pokemon you encounter.
For now, you'll only have access to the Sinnoh Pokedex (Pre-National Dex Pokemon). This list of 150 or so Pokemon are catchable in the Sinnoh Region. You'll definitely want to do your best to at least see every species of Pokemon while on your adventure - you'll need to do this to unlock the National Pokedex once you finish the story!
After your discussion, head back outside of the lab and his assistant - Lucas, if you chose a feminine trainer, or Dawn, if you chose the masculine trainer - will bring you around town to introduce you to a few essential buildings.
The Pokemon Center is where you'll need to go to heal your Pokemon (for free!). Interact with the PC to the right of the counter to move Pokemon in and out of storage (for now). You can buy some Poke Palls right now at the Poke Mart (the blue building), so you can catch a Starly or Bidoof on your way back to Twinleaf Town. These are required to catch more Pokemon. Each Poke Mart sells a different variety of Poke Balls - so make sure to check them in each town.
At the assistant's bidding, you should now head back to your hometown, Twinleaf Town, and talk to your mother to let her know about your new bidding as a Pokemon master-in-training! Catch a Pokemon or two on your way back - Starly evolves into a great, staple Pokemon, and Bidoof's evolution isn't too bad, either.
Once you get back to your house in Twinleaf Town, talk to your mother. Your friend's mother will come in automatically and hand off the Parcel for you to give to your friend if you encounter him (and naturally you will). You'll also get a Guidebook from your mom.
Head back along Route 201 to Sandgem Town, and then go northward.
Route 219, south of Sandgem Town, is a dead end for now, but you can find an Antidote at the waters' edge.

Jan 29, 2024 · Route description. Route 219 begins at Sandgem Beach, a beautiful white-sand beach, directly south of Sandgem Town. A small path takes travelers south over a small sandbar before leading into Route 220. Despite the shortness of this route, a wide range of Water-type Pokémon inhabit the surrounding area. Two young Tubers challenge passersby.

She will advise you to visit Prof. Rowan at the lab in Sandgem Town and explain why you had no choice but to use his Pokemon. 2: Go to Sandgem Town. Before leaving, you will receive a pair of Running Shoes from your mom. Wearing the shoes will make you get to places much faster.
