PJSC Rosneft Oil Company (Russian: Роснефть, romanized: Rosneft', IPA: [ˌrosˈnʲeftʲ] stylized as ROSNEFT) is a Russian integrated energy company headquartered in Moscow. Rosneft specializes in the exploration, extraction, production, refining, transport, and sale of petroleum, natural gas, and petroleum products.
Tuapse Refinery in Krasnodar Krai has formed a part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft since its inception. This is the only Russian refinery located on the Black Sea coast, and it is also one of the oldest: it was put into operation in 1929. Komsomolsk Refinery is located in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsk Krai) and it has formed a part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft since its inception. The construction of the refinery commenced in 1938, and it was commissioned in 1942. The refinery’s crude distillation capacity equals 8.0 mln tons (58.5 mln barrels) per year.

RN-Tuapsinsky Refinery LLC, the Krasnodar Territory, has been part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft since its establishment. It is the only Russian refinery located on the Black Sea coast, as well as one of the oldest: it was commissioned in 1929. In 1942, the equipment was dismantled and evacuated to the city of Krasnovodsk.
