Feb 7, 2019 · Dolores Umbridge is, in many ways, more of a villain than Voldemort himself. While the Dark Lord is the archetypal book and movie “bad guy”—power-hungry, twisted, sinister for sinister’s sake, Umbridge is much more pernicious. Pink cardigans and kittens thinly veil a cruelty that rivals most Dark Wizards.
- The Dursleys. For years, the Dursleys are the main antagonists in Harry's life. They ignore him, mistreat him, insult him, and generally make him feel unwanted and unimportant.
- New Salem Philanthropic Society. The New Salem Philanthropic Society is a group of anti-magic people like the Dursleys, but much worse. Mary Lou Barebone raises the children in her care with an iron fist, subjecting them to abuse as she enforces her deep hatred of magic.
- Crabbe And Goyle. As far as henchmen go, Malfoy could probably find a more useful pair than Crabbe and Goyle. Draco likely fell in with these two because their parents are all Death Eaters, as the trio's evil plotting seems to be the entire basis of the relationship.
- Gilderoy Lockhart. Gilderoy Lockhart holds the distinction of being the least powerful Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, though somehow not the worst of the lot - he's too incompetent for that.
- Magneto - The X-Men. Although Erik Lehnsherr only has the ability to control metals, he seems to make a lot better use of his ability than Voldemort does with his powers.
- Hela - Thor: Ragnarok. Voldemort's ultimate end goal was to dominate the world and live forever, however beating death is no easy feat, especially when death looks like Hela from Thor: Ragnarok.
- General Zod - Superman/Man Of Steel. Although Lord Voldemort is more powerful than any human and most wizards, even he can't compete with even the weakest Kryptonian in existence.
- Pennywise - It. Both the Tim Curry and Bill Skarsgård's versions of Pennywise the clown will give any child or adult nightmares for years to come, but the movies only allude to the fact that Pennywise isn't what he appears to be.

- Delphini Riddle. You would think that Delphini, as the daughter of Voldemort and Bellatrix LeStrange would have huge amounts of strength, wisdom, and power.
- Bellatrix Lestrange. Bellatrix gains her high place on my list due to her total obedience to Voldemort but also her power over him and others. She was long known to be a dark and downright evil witch.
- Barty Crouch Jr. Barty Crouch Jr is a fully fledged Death Eater with a list of impressive feats to his name. He joined Voldemort back when he was a teen and never looked back.
- The Giants. The Giants are a species often ignored by wizards, until Voldemort came along. Notorious for their brute strength and unpleasant tendencies Voldemort managed to get them on his side.
