Our cross country program competes in regular season meets against Founders League schools. The team also competes in both the Founders League and NEPSTA Division I Championship meets at the end of each season.
The cross country coaching staff works with each runner to monitor his progress and support his improvement. Ultimately, success is defined by individual growth and a growing appreciation for the sport.

The Trinity-Pawling football program has developed a rich tradition of success on the field since the founding of the School in 1907. The Pride has won two New England Class A championships, four New England bowl victories (most recently against Deerfield Academy in the Mike Atkins NEPSAC Bowl), and five Erickson League championships.
