- Albus Dumbledore. He was a central figure in the Harry Potter universe. In fact, he was the Headmaster of Hogwarts. Not to mention, he held many other positions of authority.
- Voldemort. Dangerous doesn’t begin to explain the Dark Lord. Voldemort was the strongest Dark wizard of all time. And he was the root of both the 1st and 2nd wizarding wars.
- Gellert Grindelwald. Before we got the big bad You-Know-Who in the wizarding world… Gellert Grindelwald held the number 1 spot as the most dangerous Dark wizard of all time.
- Merlin. Although we don’t get to see much of Merlin in the story… He was the most famous wizard of all time. And his name echoed in the histories of both wizards and non-magical people.
