The Bills traded up to the No. 7 spot in a deal with Tampa Bay to take Allen, who some analysts thought was the No. 1 rated quarterback in the entire draft. Allen is the third QB selected by the Bills in the first round since Jim Kelly. One trade in the first round wasn't enough for Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane. Rather than stay at No. 22, the Bills made a deal with Baltimore to move up to 16 and picked Edmunds. Edmunds, 19, is one of the youngest players in the draft and physical freak at 6-foot-4, 250 pounds. The 6-foot, 3-inch tackle weighs in at 307 pounds. He was the 2013 Gatorade Player of Year. His best year at Stanford was 2017, when he led the team in tackles (103, 17 for loss, 7.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles) from the interior.
