Recently, I learned of the passing of Lorraine J. Day, MD. Dr. Day was a graduate from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine and former Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at the San Francisco General Hospital in the mid-80’s. Dr. D ay passed at her home in Thousand Palms, CA. She was 86 years old.
