Denville Hall is a historic building in Northwood, a town in the London Borough of Hillingdon, England, which is used as a retirement home for professional actors, actresses and members of other theatrical professions. The present building incorporates part of a 16th-century house, which was substantially rebuilt in 1851 and later considerably extended after becoming a retirement home in 1926.
Alfred Denville MP, Actor Manager with a countrywide string of theatres, bought Denville Hall (a Victorian Gothic Mansion) in 1924 – and opened it as a ‘Haven for Actors’ in 1926. His publicity described ‘sylvan glades’ and ended with the plea to ‘let not our fairies starve’!

6 Denville Hall Inspection report 12 August 2019 the care provided. We observed how people were being cared for and supported. We spoke with the registered manager and other staff on duty including kitchen staff, care workers and the activities coordinator. We reviewed a range of records.
