I am not receiving email from one specific sender. I have checked my gmail settings, and the sender is not being blocked. This sender's emails are also not in my Spam folder. I actually created a filter for this sender to *not send the emails to spam. I know the sender is able to send email because I receive them at a non gmail account.

Using advanced search. if you dont find them we cant help you get them. check the senders MX records , type only the part after the @ sign. mxtoolbox.com. then click find problems , if you find any send them to those people you cant get mail from and tell them to fix it.
